Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing and supervisory experience.

• Experience in hollow fiber spinning and/or separator assembly is preferred.

• Complete required activities demonstrating leadership in the Basic Safety Process.
• Coordinate night shift scheduling and job assignments.
• Support work teams to ensure quality and productivity goals are met.
