Job summary

Globus Medical in New York is seeking an Associate Spine Specialist to support the Spine Territory Manager with territory coverage, inventory management, and sales activities. You will collaborate with surgeons and healthcare providers to promote our advanced spine solutions.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of spine or healthcare sales, a science or business degree, and strong presentation and communication skills. Travel and field visits are required to grow the customer base in the region.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' spine sales experience preferred, may consider other healthcare or B2B sales.
• Bachelor's degree in science or business.
• Exemplary listening, communication and influencing abilities.
• Ability to travel, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Strong understanding of spinal anatomy.
• Ability to deliver effective sales presentations.

Responsibilities

• Gains product knowledge through formal sales training and surgeon programs.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals and objectives.
• Conducts sales calls to promote products to existing and competitive customers.
• Assists Spine Territory Manager on field calls for assigned geography.
• Performs field ride-alongs with Area Director and STM.
• Develops and expands customer base and market share.
• Provides feedback on product development, targets and market trends.
• Maintains compliance with quality policy and confidentiality.
