VB Spine is seeking a Spine Sales Associate to support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants, while building relationships in the medical field. You will learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and techniques through structured training and real-world exposure, and manage logistics across hospital accounts to ensure smooth case coverage.

Ideal candidates bring an Associate’s degree or medical certification with 2+ years of experience or a high school diploma with 4+

• Associate’s degree or medical certification required with 2+ years of work experience
• High school diploma with 4+ years of relevant work experience considered
• Military service 4+ years demonstrates commitment and discipline

Responsabilités

• Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants
• Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure
• Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts
• Ensure successful surgical case coverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail‑oriented
• Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service
• Represent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity
