Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years medical device sales or surgical related products experience.
• Operating room experience.
• Ability to travel as necessary (nights/weekends possible).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of skeletal/orthopedic anatomy.
• Ability to deliver effective sales presentations with positive results.
• Strong computer skills - MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed all sales goals in the assigned territory.
• Gain product knowledge through formal training and surgeon programs.
• Communicate new ideas to product development.
• Attend sales meetings, trainings, conventions and trade shows.
• Develop knowledge of Globus Medical products and competitors.
• Provide feedback on product development opportunities and market trends.
• Develop relationships with spine surgeon customers.
• Maintain consignments and loaner inventory; move loaners between accounts.
• Create and implement an annual business plan with quarterly updates.
• Manage travel expenses within budget.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold ethical business standards.
