Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Associate’s degree or medical certification with 2 years of work experience.
• High school diploma with 4 years of relevant work experience.
• 4+ years of military service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to learn quickly, work hard, and grow within a team.
• Composure in high-pressure clinical settings.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants.
• Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through training and real-world exposure.
• Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts.
• Ensure successful surgical case coverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented.
• Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service.
• Represent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity.
