Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and maintain flexibility for an on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants.
• Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques.
• Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts.
• Ensure successful surgical case coverage.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Associate’s degree/medical certification + 2 years of work experience

High school diploma + 4 years of relevant work experience

4+ years of military service
