VB Spine seeks a Spine Sales Associate to support surgeons during spinal procedures and grow within a fast-paced medical sales team. You’ll gain OR exposure, learn spinal anatomy and imaging, and build relationships across hospital accounts.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or medical certification required.
• High school diploma with 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• 4+ years of military service.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants.
• Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training.
• Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts.
• Ensure successful surgical case coverage by staying sharp and responsive.
• Collaborate with surgeons, hospital staff, and team to deliver outstanding service.
• Represent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity.
