VB Spine seeks a Spine Sales Associate to support surgeons during spinal procedures and grow within a fast-paced medical sales team. You’ll gain OR exposure, learn spinal anatomy and imaging, and build relationships across hospital accounts.

What You’ll Do:

• Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants

• Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts
• Ensure successful surgical case coverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail‑oriented
• Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service
• Represent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity

What You Bring:

• Associate’s degree/medical certification + 2 years of work experience
• High school diploma + 4 years of relevant work experience
• 4+ years of military service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Desire to learn quickly, work hard, and grow within a team
• Composure in high‑pressure, clinical settings
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and maintain flexibility for an on‑call schedule

Compensation:

Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like territory requirements, qualifications, and performance taken into account.
