Bachelor's degree is required; postgraduate qualification is preferred.
5+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, Strategy, Innovation, or Engineering.
Experience in Medical Devices or Orthopaedics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with surgeons and key opinion leaders through advisory boards, labs, and field visits.
Lead North America launch planning and execution workstreams to drive adoption and revenue.
Collaborate with Education, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and R&D to enable commercial objectives.
Translate customer, market, and sales insights into product positioning, messaging, and progress indicators.
Create and deliver sales tools, marketing collateral, education programs, CRMCampaigns, and field communications.
Monitor market performance and competitive activity to adjust strategies for growth.
