Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, Strategy or related discipline.
• Experience in Medical Devices, Orthopaedics, Navigation, Robotics, Digital Surgery, or related healthcare tech.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with surgeons and key opinion leaders through boards and labs.
• Execute NA commercialization plans to support revenue growth.
• Lead launch planning, readiness, demonstrations, training, and post-launch reviews.
• Collaborate with Education, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and R&D.
• Create sales tools, collateral, CRM campaigns, event plans, and field communications.
