Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, Strategy, Innovation, Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in Medical Devices, Orthopaedics (Spine), Surgical Technologies, Navigation, Robotics, Digital Surgery, or related healthcare tech.
- Proven track record developing product strategies, roadmaps, technology portfolios and business cases.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives in a matrix organisation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic commercial leader in Spine Surgery, Robotics, and Navigation Technologies.
- Lead upstream marketing activities and ensure customer, clinical, and market insights are integrated.
- Drive surgeon engagement through advisory boards and Voice of Customer programmes.
- Translate market needs into product requirements, business cases, and strategic growth opportunities.
- Support development and maintenance of a multigenerational product and technology roadmap.
