• Ability to manage non-routine phone calls and communicate clearly with patients, providers, and team.

Responsibilities

• Support smooth practice operations with administrative and clinical support.
• Manage patient visit workflows: scheduling, check-in, check-out, records, inquiries.
• Assist with patient billing forms and scanning documents into medical records.
• Serve as a resource for scheduling, registration, and billing systems.
