Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager, Marketing Operations – Spine to join the Spine Global Growth Marketing team in Raynham, MA. This role supports funnel governance, demand signal monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to drive commercial execution across the Spine portfolio.

The ideal candidate has a BS/BA with 2–5 years in Marketing/Operations, strong analytical skills, and experience with ERP/CRM systems. Remote candidates within the US may be considered.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred.
• 2–5 years of progressive business experience in Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or related functions.
• Healthcare/orthopedics/spine experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support funnel management and opportunity tracking.
• Monitor demand signals and identify data anomalies and trends.
• Maintain product information across commercial systems and pricing resources.
• Investigate and resolve product visibility and ordering issues impacting field execution.
• Triage and coordinate resolutions with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain operational dashboards, reports, trackers, and tools for performance visibility.
• Assist with launch readiness activities and portfolio transitions across Spine portfolio.
• Provide field sales support on product identification and ordering processes.
• Document and maintain SOPs, process maps, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive operational enhancements.
