Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager, Marketing Operations - Spine, in Raynham, MA. You will support funnel governance, demand signal monitoring, and cross-functional execution to enable commercial success across the Spine portfolio.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will partner with Sales, Product Management, Hospital Operations, and Finance to ensure launch readiness and accurate product information across systems.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 2-5 years progressive business experience in Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or related functions.
• Healthcare/medical device/orthopedics experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support funnel management and opportunity tracking.
• Monitor demand signals and data quality.
• Maintain product information across systems for consistency and accuracy.
• Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution for field execution.
• Prepare and analyze operational dashboards and reports.
• Support launch readiness and portfolio transitions across Spine portfolio.
• Assist field sales with product identification and ordering processes.
• Document standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Hospital Operations, and Supply Chain.
