Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in health care, seeks a Manager of Commercial Operations to oversee field inventory and support sales initiatives within Orthopaedics. You will drive efficiency, coordinate NPI launches, and lead cross-functional teams across FSO, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

The role emphasizes strong analytics, inventory optimization, and cross-department collaboration to deliver clinical and economic value to surgeons and healthcare systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required; Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Logistics, Operations, Healthcare Management, or related fields with inventory management and sales support.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects that drive operational improvements and sales growth.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement inventory and field operations strategies with Field Sales Organizations to support growth.
• Provide data-driven insights to FSO leadership and optimize inventory efficiency.
• Oversee orthopedic consignment inventory and equipment; balance par levels and reduce waste.
• Coordinate New Product Introductions and resource allocation for launches at assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments to align operations with commercial goals.
• Train and mentor staff on inventory management systems and compliance standards.
• Lead process improvement projects to enhance efficiency across the organization.
• Establish KPIs and report progress to senior management.
• Identify market trends affecting inventory and FSO operations and adjust strategies.
