Qualifications

• BS/BA required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive business experience in Marketing, Operations, or related fields.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, orthopedics, spine, or related industries preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Spine Marketing Operations and establish scalable processes for commercial execution.
• Govern demand signal integrity, funnel health, and product data quality across the Spine portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Hospital Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional teams to improve performance and protect revenue.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and metrics to improve visibility of demand trends and operational risks.
• Act as the primary operational escalation point across Sales, Product Management, and downstream marketing teams.
