Kansas Health System is seeking an Ambulatory Clinic RN Care Coordinator for the Spine Center at Bell Hospital, Indian Creek Medical Office Building in Kansas City, KS. The RN will coordinate patient flow, ensure safety and quality of care, perform clinic-based nursing activities, and use EMR to document plans and progress.

Preferred candidates hold a BSN, have 2+ years of RN experience, and are licensed across states with BLS certification.

Formación

• Licensed Registered Nurse with active multi-state license.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage patient flow, triage, and direct patient care.
• Liaise among front desk, nursing staff, physicians, and clinic manager.
• Coordinate continuity of patient care and optimize outcomes.
