The University of Kansas Health System in Kansas City is seeking an Ambulatory Clinic RN Care Coordinator for the Cancer Center. You will provide skilled nursing care, coordinate patient care plans, and support physicians in clinic sessions to optimize outcomes. You will ensure orders are completed and patient education is provided.

Required are an active RN license, BLS, and 2+ years RN experience. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred, with experience in medical offices and EMR tools.

Formación

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with active multi-state license or state license in your location.
• BLS Heartsaver certification (non-clinical) or to be obtained within 14 days.
• Bachelor degree in Nursing with at least 2 years RN experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage patient flow, triage, and direct patient care.
• Coordinate communication among front desk, nursing staff, physicians, and clinic manager.
• Support patient self-management and coordinate continuity of care after discharge or ER visits.
• Document assessments and plans in EMR and ensure orders are completed.
