Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center Navigator Program in Clemmons, NC. The role focuses on coordinating care, ensuring quality patient outcomes, and engaging families in planning across the continuum of care.

BSN preferred with two years of RN experience and potential bilingual (Spanish) skills. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, 40 hours per week with benefits eligibility and paid time off.

• RN license in the state; BSN preferred with two years’ RN experience.
• Bilingual ability preferred (Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve the Navigator Program performance.
