Qualifications

• Basic computer data entry skills and organized approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and numerical calculation skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Set up and start automatic blending equipment.
• Load packaging and raw materials continuously.
• Pack finished product and monitor critical timing.
• Change over products, adjust packaging sizes, minor repairs.
• Document downtime and machine adjustments accurately.
• Follow procedures and complete paperwork for traceability.
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
