Job summary

Patewood Post Acute is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders at our Greenville, SC facility. You will collaborate with physicians, families, and the rehab team to deliver high-quality therapy services.

The role requires an SLP license in South Carolina, a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, and a commitment to resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active, unencumbered SLP license in South Carolina.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in a long-term care or rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC and Casamba preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy for speech, language, cognition, and dysphagia.
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Position Summary
