Job summary

Patewood Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with physicians, families, and the rehab team to deliver high-quality therapy in a 120-bed facility.

The role requires an active SC SLP license, a clinician with strong communication and organizational skills, and preference for long-term care or rehab experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active, unencumbered SLP license in South Carolina.
• Experience in long-term care or rehab setting preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy for speech, language, cognition, and dysphagia.
• Monitor resident progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care communication.
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning.
