Job summary

Nora Springs Care Center is seeking a Speech Therapist (SLP) to design and implement therapy programs that help patients improve communication and swallowing abilities. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options with competitive pay, full benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa Speech-Language Pathologist License – or eligible to sit for board exams.
• New grads and Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
• Experience preferred, but the employer will invest in new grads.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.
• Provide counseling, prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Conduct screenings and diagnoses of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver direct treatment to help patients improve speech, language, and swallowing function.
• Work closely with residents and staff to develop and adjust individualized care plans.

Your Impact:

As a Speech Therapist (SLP), you will:

• Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.
