Maple Manor Village in Iowa seeks a dedicated Speech Therapist (SLP) to design and implement therapy programs that improve patients' communication and swallowing abilities. Qualifications

• Must hold Iowa SLP license or be eligible to sit for board exams.
• Experience preferred, but we’re also willing to invest in new grads and Clinical Fellows!

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.
• Provide counseling, prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Conduct screenings and diagnoses of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver direct treatment to help patients improve speech, language, and swallowing function.
• Work closely with residents and staff to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
