Job summary

Nora Springs Care Center is seeking a Speech Therapist (SLP) to design and implement therapy programs that help residents improve communication and swallowing abilities. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options to fit your lifestyle, with competitive pay and full benefits.

You will design, implement, and direct personalized therapy plans, deliver direct treatment, and collaborate with residents and staff to adjust care plans.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa Speech-Language Pathologist License - or eligible to sit for board exams
• Experience preferred - but we’re also willing to invest in new grads and Clinical Fellows!

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.
• Provide counseling, prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Conduct screenings and diagnoses of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver direct treatment to help patients improve speech, language, and swallowing function.
• Work closely with residents and staff to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
