Job summary

Concord Care Center, located in Iowa, is hiring a Speech Therapist (SLP) to design and implement therapy programs that improve patients' communication and swallowing abilities. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options with competitive pay and full benefits.

New grads and Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply. We are an in-house therapy team that supports your growth with mentorship and the tools you need to succeed.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to sit for exams.
• Experience preferred, though new grads/Clinical Fellows are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.
• Provide counseling, prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Conduct screenings and diagnoses of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver direct treatment to improve speech, language, and swallowing function.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans with residents and staff.

Your Impact:

As aSpeech Therapist (SLP), you will:

• Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.

What We’re Looking For:
