Job summary

Serenitytherapyslt in New York is seeking a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist to support adults with complex communication needs in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The PRN role partners with a collaborative rehab team to provide high-quality therapy and patient-centered care.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, document thoroughly, and stay current with best practices in dysphagia and cognitive rehabilitation. NY licensure is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Valid NY SLP License required.
• Knowledge of dysphagia and cognitive rehabilitation preferred.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience with Net Health/Rehab Optima is a plus.
