Packers Staffing is hiring a Speech Therapist in Kenosha, WI to plan, organize, develop and direct Speech Language Pathology services in accordance with applicable standards. The role requires a master's degree, CCCs, and an active SLP license, with flexible full/part-time scheduling.

The position emphasizes quality care, data-driven treatment planning, and collaboration with residents, families, and staff to maintain high standards of therapy and compliance within CMS expectations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency is required.
• Active SLP license in state(s) of practice is required.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals per standards and departmental procedures.
• Evaluate and obtain data for treatment planning and implementation.
• Develop a treatment plan with target list, short-term and long-term goals.
• Instruct patient, family and staff in speech-language procedures for carryover of remediation and goals.
• Complete compliant CMS documentation in NetHealth EMR systems.
• Oversee FEES/MBS protocols and coordinate site programs.
• Participate in screening protocols to ensure resident needs are met timely and with clinical excellence.

Packers Staffing is hiring for a Speech Therapist to assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing Speech Language Pathology services in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as may be direction by Administrator, to assure the highest degree of quality resident care is always maintained.

Status: Full-Time/Part-Time with Flexible Scheduling

Location: Kenosha, WI

Responsibilities:

• To provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate, in accordance with established standards of practice, therapy department procedures and productivity standards.
• To evaluate and obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation
• To develop a treatment plan that includes a target list, short-term, and long-term goals
• Instructs patient, family, and staff in appropriate speech-language procedures to allow carry over of therapeutic remediation and goals in daily activities
• To complete compliant and medically necessary documentation from CMS expectations in NetHealth EMR systems
• Oversight and implementation of proper protocols for FEES/MBS with coordination of site programs
• Participants in screening protocols for establishing needs of residents are being met timely and with clinical excellence

Job Education & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competency
• MUST have active SLP license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification
