Mass General Brigham Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home-based services across diverse patient populations. You’ll evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in patients' homes with support from a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
The role offers a part-time schedule (32 hours) with flexible days, no evenings or weekends, and opportunities for professional development across the Mass General Brigham system.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll have the independence to manage your patients and schedule, without giving up the support of a strong team.
Most of your visits will be in Hathorne, Lynnefield, Middleton, Peabody, Andover, Topsfield, Boxford, Hamilton, Wentham, Bedford, Billerica, Burlington, Concord, Lawrence, Lexington, Lincoln, Reading, Stoneham, Tewksbury, Wakefield, Wilmington, Winchester, Woburn. You'll work with a diverse patient population and provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing services where patients live every day.
Home care can be a big transition, especially if you're coming from a hospital, outpatient, school, or other clinical setting. Our onboarding is designed to help you feel prepared and confident working independently in the community. You'll also have ongoing opportunities for training, education, and professional development.
Your schedule includes dedicated time for documentation, chart review, care coordination, and treatment planning. Our MGB electronic documentation system gives you easy access to medical records, doctors' notes, orders, and other clinical information, helping make communication and care coordination more seamless.
Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license Two year's experience in acute care, rehab or homecare as a Speech Therapist Comfort working with various computer systems; experience with handheld clinical devices preferred Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to work with diverse populations Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment Ability to work independently and remain self-directed in unpredictable situations Ability to collaborate effectively as part of an interdisciplinary care team Willingness to travel within the MGB Healthcare at Home geographic area Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and electronic
