Situated on apeaceful, wooded 26-acrecampus, Nexus Neurorecovery Center – Conroe offers the Rise Program, a comprehensive neurological rehabilitation program for adults recovering from severe traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke, spinal cord injury, and other neurological diagnoses.
This campus is also home to the Life Care Program, which provides long-term residential care for individuals who have sustained serious, life-altering injuries and require ongoing clinical and behavioral support. TheSpeech Language Pathologist (SLP) plays a vital role in helping patients rebuild communication, cognitive, andswallowing skillsafter neurological or other complex injuries. As part of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, the SLP evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides hands‑on therapy designed to improve independence, safety, and overall quality of life.
This position requires consistency, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with patients who may have cognitive, neurological, behavioral, or complex medical conditions in a structured rehabilitation environment.
