Situated on a peaceful, wooded 26-acre campus, Nexus Neurorecovery Center - Conroe offers the Rise Program, a comprehensiveneurological rehabilitation program for adults recovering from severe traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke, spinal cord injury and other neurological diagnoses.
This campus is also home to the Life Care Program, which provides long-term residential care for individuals who have sustained serious, life-altering injuries and require ongoing clinical and behavioral support.

TheRN plays a vital role in the interdisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and case managers to deliver individualized, person-centered rehabilitation and residential care.
