Responsibilities

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you help patients regain their power by assisting with communication, swallowing, and remediation of disorders or deficits. You are responsible for designing and delivering effective rehab plans, working closely with patients to execute these plans. Your role involves addressing the whole patient, tailoring programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance speech and communication abilities. You thrive in dynamic settings, from equipment cleaning to reporting, and enjoy collaborating with peers while also making referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care. As a teacher and trainer, you empower patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a similar field accepted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• A Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or eligibility to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow. Candidates eligible to obtain the certificate are also considered.
• Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required by the state of practice.

Posted Salary Range: USD $43.00 - USD $47.00 /Hr. Bonus: USD $10,000.00
