Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Panama City, FL is hiring a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide 1:1 evaluations and therapy in patients' homes. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling, no weekends or holidays required, and pay-per-visit compensation with potential Medicare differentials.

You will conduct speech, language, cognitive and swallowing assessments, develop plans per physician orders, and document visits using AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• OASIS/Medicare documentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders.
