Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide evaluation, planning and delivery of speech and language rehabilitation services. The role emphasizes personalized treatment plans and ongoing documentation in a supportive inpatient setting.

Applicants should hold active state licensure or certification, CCC certification, and CPR (or obtain within 30 days). A Master's degree is preferred, or a Bachelor's with relevant field experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
