Encompass Health is hiring a Speech Pathologist to provide patient-centered speech and language therapy across our national inpatient rehabilitation network. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires licensure, CCC certification, CPR within 30 days, and a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with related experience). We support growth and offer comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
