Job summary

Lifepoint Health’s Kindred Hospital Flamingo LTACH in Las Vegas is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, supporting patient recovery and communication. This full-time role, Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4 pm, includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, with opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Requirements include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, current SLP license and ASHA

  • Current SLP license and ASHA certification.
  • CPR certification required.

How you'll contribute

The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates and treats individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, supporting patient recovery and communication improvement.

Essential Functions
  • Assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals.
  • Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
