Job summary

Lifepoint Health® is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for Kindred Hospital North Florida in Green Cove Springs, Florida. In this role, you will evaluate and treat individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, helping enhance their communication abilities. Qualifications

  • Current SLP license and ASHA certification required.
  • Experience in acute or rehab settings preferred.
  • CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates and treats individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, supporting patient recovery and communication improvement.

  • Assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals.
  • Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
