UW Health in northern Illinois is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for 100% FTE, Monday–Friday with 8 hour shifts, typically 7:30am–5:00pm at UW Health 9th St Clinic. The role includes ongoing CEUs and licensure maintenance, with potential on-site day care through UW Health Kids.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Current license from the State of Illinois is required.
• BLS/CPR Certification is required.
• Has CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility with supervision is required.

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Monday-Friday 8 hour shifts variable 7:30am-5:00pm, you will work at UW Health 9th St Clinic 209 9th St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology. Required
• Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs as required. Required

Work Experience

• No minimum experience required.

Licenses & Certifications

• Current license from the State of Illinois. An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
• Has certificate of clinical competence through the American Speech & Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligible to complete Clinical Fellowship year with proper supervision. Required
