Methodist is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to provide diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning for improved communication and swallowing. The role includes direct patient care and supervision of support personnel and students, contributing to patient care, education, and department operations.
Candidates must have a Master's in Speech Pathology, an Indiana license, ASHA CCC or eligibility, and BLS certification, with advanced life support possibly required by unit policies.
Performs speech pathology services including diagnostic evaluations to determine level of impairment. After administering the appropriate tests and measures, a treatment plan is designed for improved communication and swallowing. Performs direct patient care services including the supervision of support personnel and students. Willingly participates in related activities in support of patient care, education and department operations.
