Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver individualized speech and language therapy, evaluate patient needs, and track progress across our national inpatient rehabilitation network. You will contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered team and utilize advanced therapy tools in a supportive environment.

Required state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and a Master's degree (or Bachelor's with field experience).

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC (Cert. Clin. Competence) certification.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
