Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga at Cleveland is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs in a supportive inpatient setting. You will develop personalized treatment plans, document progress, and celebrate patient milestones within a collaborative team environment.

The role requires state licensure in Speech Therapy, CCC certification, and CPR/BLS.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state license in Speech Therapy.
• CCC Certification (ASHA) required.
• CPR/BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
