Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our national inpatient rehabilitation network. You will evaluate, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges, tracking progress and adjusting therapy as needed.

You will document outcomes, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to compassionate, high‑quality care. Current state licensure, CCC certification, CPR certification (or within 30 days), and a Master’s

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification in Speech-Language Pathology required or in process.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
