Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services across a national inpatient rehabilitation network. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress within a collaborative team focused on compassionate care.

The role requires SLP licensure, CCC certification, and CPR eligibility. A Master’s degree is preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree accepted if accompanied by relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Certification: CCC (Speech-Language Pathology Certification) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech-language pathology needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
