Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join its national inpatient rehabilitation network. In this role you will evaluate, develop, and administer personalized speech and language treatment plans for patients, documenting progress and adjusting care as needed.

Formación

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Certification as SLP with CCC.
• CPR/BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred; or Bachelor's degree with field experience.
• Current state license in Speech Therapy; CCC is required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
