Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our nationwide inpatient rehabilitation team. In this role you will evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language treatment plans for patients.

Qualified candidates hold current state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and a Master's degree (or Bachelor's with field experience). We offer growth opportunities and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required or must be obtained.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education
