Job summary

Encompass Health seeks a Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality speech and language rehabilitation in a caring, collaborative setting at the nation’s largest rehabilitation company. You’ll evaluate, design, and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, documenting progress and celebrating small victories with the team.

Qualifications include state licensure, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and a Master’s degree (Bachelor’s with field experience acceptable).

Qualifications

• State licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification required or must be obtained.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
