Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide evaluation, diagnosis, and personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs in a compassionate, community-focused setting.

You'll work within a nationwide inpatient rehabilitation leader, collaborating with clinical teams, documenting progress, and using advanced therapy technologies to drive meaningful patient outcomes. Licensure and CCC are required, with CPR training soon after hire.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
