Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, design and deliver personalized speech and language therapy, helping patients overcome communication challenges within a collaborative, growth-oriented team. You will contribute to a compassionate environment with modern therapy approaches and patient-focused outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold state licensure, CCC, CPR within 30 days of hire, and typically a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience).

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
