Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide patient-centered therapy across our nationwide network of rehabilitation locations. You will evaluate and tailor treatment plans, support patients with speech and language goals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful improvements.

The role requires CCC certification, state licensure, CPR, and a master’s degree (or bachelor’s with relevant experience).

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (Clinical Competence) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy plans as needed.
• Track and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the rehabilitation journey.
