Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Kentucky is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our compassionate team near Burlington. We offer full-time, part-time and weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun) schedules to fit your life, with access to cutting-edge therapy tools in a nationwide rehabilitation leader.

You will evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans; identify issues and adjust therapy as needed; document patient progress and celebrate victories

Qualifications

• Current state licensure in Speech Therapy (or eligible).
• CCC certification (ASHA) preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
